However, on rare occasions, it is possible that ultrasonic cleaners may not meet the expectations of our customers. Should this occur, we aim to address and rectify any problems you may have with Ultrawave ultrasonic cleaning equipment quickly and effectively.

Please have to hand your model and serial number together with information on the problem prior to contacting us. The serial number of your Ultrawave ultrasonic equipment can be found on a label on the back of the machine.
