Ultrawave ultrasonic generators are digitally controlled power sources which are used to send electric current to Ultrawave submersible transducers.
Submersible transducers can be retro fitted to other cleaning tanks, giving improved cleaning performance without the cost of a whole new system. These generators supply power to and allow control of the settings for the submersible transducers. Designed to work specifically with Ultrawave submersible transducers in larger ultrasonic cleaning systems, a range of power levels is available from 300W to 2 Kilowatts.
Our technically advanced SMART Generators are equipped with a variety of features. Variables such as power output and cycle time can be controlled via the simple to use digital control panel. The control panel allows the correct frequency and power for particular tanks and submersibles to be set, meaning that the optimum cleaning activity can occur. The SMART Generator is designed to operate at the optimal cavitation level for the load being cleaned, thus achieving optimum ultrasonic cleaning performance.
In larger ultrasonic cleaning systems, where multiple generators are used to power a large number of submersible transducers, 19 inch cubicles are used to house the generators. These can then be controlled by a single panel and programmed via PLC's to provide additional control and flexibility.
