As well as manufacturing complete ultrasonic tanks, we also manufacture and supply submersible ultrasonic transducers for retrofitting into customers' existing cleaning tanks.

Our range of submersible transducers are designed for use in heavy industrial applications where performance and reliability are vital. Ultrawave submersible transducers consist of a sealed stainless steel box, available in standard size or made to customer specification, which contains a number of ultrasonic transducers. These submersible units can be retrofitted into an existing tank, or incorporated into a new cleaning system.

If you have a requirement for an ultrasonic cleaning system but already have a suitable tank, we will assess your requirements and assemble a complete package tailored to your exact needs. We can provide submersible transducers which add ultrasonic technology to tanks of any size, providing you with the optimum system for your specific cleaning application.

Ultrawave submersible transducers are a great alternative to purchasing a totally new ultrasonic cleaning system. Fitting submersible transducers to other cleaning tanks gives an improved cleaning performance without the cost of ordering and installing a whole new system. Costs are also saved should any service or maintenance need to be done to the system. Instead of removing the whole machine, the submersible transducers can simply be detached and taken away for servicing.

Each Ultrawave submersible transducer is powered by one of our ultrasonic generators. Our technically advanced SMART generators are equipped with a variety of features which allow variables such as power output and cycle time to be controlled via the digital control panel. In larger systems, multiple generators are housed within 19 inch cubicles. These can then be controlled by a single panel and programmed via PLCs to provide additional control and flexibility.
