Ultrasonic Service Contracts from Ultrawave

Ultrawave offer Service Contracts for your ultrasonic cleaners to ensure that your cleaning system is always running at maximum efficiency. A range of service contract options means that we are able to tailor the service contract to your precise needs.

Maximum Cleaning At All Times

Modern businesses require that all operations are running at optimum efficiency at all times. Machine downtime or defective operation can be an expensive problem leading to reduced production capabilities or, in the worst case scenario, a complete stop.

Keeping Your Business Productive

Ultrawave recognise the importance of your business operation and understand the importance of keeping it moving at all times in the most efficient way. We are aware of the costs of machine failures and will help you keep yours to a minimum.

For this reason, Ultrawave are now offering Service Contracts to our new and exisiting customers. We provide a thorough after sales service, giving proactive on-site maintenance and servicing of all your Ultrawave ultrasonic baths.

Preventative Maintenance

Our preventative programme will reduce costly interruptions in production, assure effective performance of your equipment, increase the machine's longevity and ultimately protect your investment in ultrasonic cleaning.

Tailored Service Contracts

Whether you own a small benchtop unit, a Hygea or a large scale industrial unit, we can design a service contract to suit your exact requirements. Taking out an Ultrawave Service Contract will help to avoid unexpected repair costs. Our service contracts will give you the peace of mind that if a fault should occur, the problem will be resolved quickly, with no fuss and at minimal cost.

As an ISO9001 company, Ultrawave will carry out all servicing to the most exacting of standards.

Returning Equipment to Ultrawave

Should your Service Contract require you to return equipment to Ultrawave for service, repair or any other reason, the bath MUST BE FULLY DECONTAMINATED prior to return and include a copy of the Certificate of Decontamination.  This policy is designed to protect the health and safety of Ultrawave employees, reducing the risk of potential injury or infection and adhering to MHRA guidelines.

Ultrasonic baths which have been used in Medical/Healthcare applications should be decontmainated/packaged in accordance with the MHRA guideline document DB2003(5) "Management of Medical Devices prior to Repair, Service or Investigation". This can be found at http://www.mhra.gov.uk/. Further information on Ultrawave guidelines for ultrasonic bath decontamination can be found in the downloads section.

If you require further information on this policy, contact the Ultrawave service department on 0845 330 4238 or service@ultrawave.co.uk.
