As we design, manufacture and test all our products in-house, we are able to provide comprehensive after sales service and customer support on all our ultrasonic cleaning units.
Warranty & Repairs Our benchtop range of ultrasonic cleaning baths all come with an inclusive 12 months warranty, whilst our industrial ultrasonic cleaning tanks come with a full 24 months warranty. Optimum Efficiency We also provide optional Service contracts on our complete ultrasonic cleaning range to ensure that they remain working at optimum efficiency throughout their life.

To retain our status, internal audits are undertaken every three months and regulatory audits every six months to ensure that we continue to maintain and improve our standards. This helps us to provide benefits to our customers, suppliers and employees and leads to an overall increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of our company. WEEE Compliance Ultrawave are complying with the WEEE regulations by contracting-out our obligations to a Producer Compliance scheme. If you are a customer of Ultrawave and have waste electrical or electronic equipment of our origin to dispose of, the return path for this WEEE will be through our compliance scheme provider who will arrange to pick up the waste from your premises. To arrange collection of this waste, once the regulations are enforced on 15 March 2007, please contact us to arrange collection. REACH Regulations The chemicals and detergents that Ultrawave supply, comply with the REACH regulations regarding environmental and health and safety responsibilities which come into effect from 1st June 2007.
