In today's healthcare sector, legislation and guidelines are becoming ever stricter regarding the instrument reprocessing system. Ensuring that any reprocessing equipment is working at optimum performance levels is now of vital importance. Whether you're a CSSD Manager, Dentist, Endoscopy Nurse or other healthcare professional, HTM2030 guidelines must now be adhered to, meaning regular checks and servicing must be carried out on reprocessing equipment.

Ultrawave have developed a range of service contracts to ensure that your ultrasonic cleaners are working at 100% efficiency every time the bath is used. Everyone has different needs so we have created a flexible set of options to ensure that you receive maximum benefit from your ultrasonic service contract.

Option 1: Return to Base

This service option is available for the smaller benchtop ultrasonic baths up to the U2800D. The package includes a revalidation and functionality test, comprehensive electrical and plumbing inspection, and 10% discount on replacement parts.

A loan unit can be supplied to ensure that you can continue to clean instruments while the ultrasonic bath is being serviced.

Option 2: On-Site Service

This service option is available for larger benchtops and the Hygea range of ultrasonic cleaners. Our service engineers will visit your site to carry out the service.

Included in the package is a revalidation and functionality test, comprehensive electrical and plumbing inspection and 10% discount off replacement parts. In addition, one free breakdown callout visit per annum and free training, installation and advice on operating the unit is supplied.
